Description
This mangrove forest is a natural flood barrier for the highly urbanized Mandaue City. Mandaue City, located in the Metro Cebu area, is the city with the largest area of mangrove forest in the Philippines. This particular forest is the south patch, with an additional north patch being located near the Jagobiao, Basak, and Labogon Barangays.
