Being the largest floating office in the world (2021), the development is truly one-of-a-kind in its form, function and scale. A building that showcases pioneering climate-resilience through its circular design and state-of-the-art sustainability measures and will be the headquarters of the Global Center on Adaptation.
The floating structure adapts to the rising water level, while also presenting opportunities to bring the water closer than ever before, by facilitating a pool, a large outdoor terrace and a restaurant.
