This wave energy converter (WEC) is a prototype that was constructed by EHL Group and deployed in May 2015 in the Kāneʻohe Bay, of the coast of the Marine Corps Base in Hawaii, USA. The device is a point absorber with a power generation capacity of 20 kW.
